Poster

You will be creating a poster for an animal rescue adoption event. The text is provided. Originality is very important. 
Your poster must use only graphic images- No photographs. 

Your poster must have a main focus and show that you understand Alignment, Scale and Hierarchy, and the other composition rules. 
Find examples of posters you like and use the same layout. YOU MUST BASE YOUR POSTER LAYOUT ON THE LAYOUT OF A PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED POSTER.
Look up: Graphic Design Posters and then do not go to Google Images- Search the actual links. There are many bad posters out there so check with me to make sure your layout will work.

In your artist statement for your poster you must explain how you addressed each of the composition rules. 

Submit your final poster as a JPEG along with the Poster your based your layout on a Google Doc explaining your composition.
